Suggestions as to how to make life changes?
Q. There are so many little things about me that cause me to dislike myself, I lack the motivation to change, any suggestions on how to? What I'd like to change - I stay up late, wake up late and am always a few minutes late for work...how do I become a morning person? I don't eat well, skipping meals, eating sweets & not enough veggies, how do I figure out what a healthy diet would be for me? I suffer low self image/esteem. Things like porn drives me nuts and i obsess over it. What steps can I take to develop a healthy self image so that I don't care about stuff like that? I snoop! A. PICK ONE. do it every day for a month. make it part of your routine. next month, add another. If you try to make all the changes at once, or even all in 1 week, you will give up, probably in less than 10 days. changing your sleeping pattern will be the hardest. As soon as you decide to sleep late one weekend, all your hard work on getting to a normal sleep pattern is shot to hell.

Q. disappointments ever? : I've never been to prison or been convicted of anything nor plan to be but after reading an article about the reality of America's prison's, I will say that I'd rather take 39 lashes with razor wire, be forced to carry an iron cross for 5 miles, and have red hot nails driven into my hands and feet to mount me on the cross to death than have to be gang raped and have AIDS injected into me on a daily basis. I'd honestly rather become a chemical warfare experiment guinea pig in a communoimperialistic nation, than have the same thing done to me through sodomy. What has America come to?? The nation of laws?? The nation of the United Nations?? Hide everything that goes on in prison and tell other nations to stop… [cont.]
